What hiring with Commit Talent actually looks like.

Brief call.
Twenty minutes. You tell us what you need. We ask the awkward questions about your
stack, the team and the last person who left. We write the job spec; you sign it off.

Shortlist of 2–5.
We source, we screen, we send. Every shortlisted candidate has been on a technical
call with us first. Notes on stack fit and likely concerns attached to each CV. No
bulk emails to your inbox.

You hire. Flat fee.
You interview, you decide. Fee is a flat amount agreed at the brief call, payable only
on hire. If nobody fits, we keep sourcing at no extra cost. If you find your own
candidate independently, no fee.
